Revised Total Coliform Rule, Ground Water Rule and Math for Small Water System Operators
The understanding of and compliance with the Total Coliform Rule and Groundwater Rule are a challenge for many operators. We’ll review the existing law, including sampling practices, sample siting plans, monitoring schedules and common violations. Learn about the EPA rule that becomes effective in 2016 and updates from the state of Oregon. This workshop will also review basic chlorination math principles that are required knowledge for certification and are used by small system operators in daily activities.
