Are you ready to take and pass the HUD Housing Counseling Certification Examination? Our three-day course will prepare you for the exam by covering all six (6) Core Topics that housing counselors need to be competent:
1. Financial Management; 2. Property Maintenance; 3. Homeownership and Tenancy;
4. Fair Housing and other Civil Rights Laws and Requirements; 5. Housing Affordability; 6. Avoidance of rental and mortgage delinquency and avoidance of eviction and mortgage default.
Registration: There is a $150 fee to attend this three day workshop. Some scholarships may also be available.
