CLASS REGISTRATION: $ 450 per person REFUND POLICY: There is a $ 50 cancellation fee. Refunds will be granted if a written request is submitted to RCAC before September 1, 2017. After September 1, no refunds will be granted, but substitute registrants are welcome. There are no refunds for no shows
