interagency process 
•  How to better plan, develop and finance infrastructure 
projects
•  Sustainable utility management to better manage systems
•  How to conduct an asset inventory and asset management plan
•  The value of water, cost of providing services and rate setting
•  How to better communicate system costs to Councils 
and public
•  Agency and organizational resources, tools and contacts
