Learn the new Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure, and the new rules surrounding timing of disclosures, permitted tolerance levels, and TRID’s interaction to other regulatory requirements such as the Ability-to-Repay and Qualified Mortgage rule.
Gain a broad understanding of the new disclosure and consumer protection regulations. Includes a review of basic lending product guidelines for mortgage products commonly used in purchasing homes.
