This training does not qualify for CEUs/credits.

Certificates will be issued to registrants 30 days post event to the attendees who have passed the exam.

Description:

This standalone course will teach counselors and participants about their clients' rights and responsibilitities under the HUD Lead Based Pain Disclousure Rule.

Topics will cover:

·        Testing

·        Remediation

·        Possible health hazards

·        Seller and landlord responsibilities under the HUD assisted requirements of 24 CFR part 35,subparts B, K and R

·       EPA directives
