Description:

This course will educate housing counseling professionals about the impacts of racial bias on appraisals and property valuations. Housing counselors will be able to identify common red flags and provide strategies to combat unfair industry practices. The session will include resources and tools to support individuals who have been impacted and encourage counselors to work with Fair Housing organizations and HCAs as community partners..
