This workshop helps both Tribal and CA State water operators to understand basic duties and certification requirements as pertaining to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) and Federal EPA. Exam takers will be our priority but contact hours will be provided for any who desire to attend for recertification requirements.
This workshop will qualify for 6 contact hours each day
This workshop will cover the basics of operator certification regulations, water math, water sources, water quality, system components, coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration and disinfection.
Please bring scratch paper, highlighters, pens or pencils, and a simple calculator.
