Asset Management for Small Utilities 010920

Using hands-on tools and exercises, this workshop is especially designed for smaller utilities and provides a practical approach for developing a fully functional asset management plan. Key topics include asset inventory and mapping, level of service, criticality assessment, minimum life cycle cost, and funding strategies. With asset management planning becoming a requirement for many funding agencies, this day-long workshop provides a timely opportunity to improve utility operation and access to funding.
