RCAC is continually monitoring the COVID-19 situation, Center for Disease Control (CDC) updates and local public health department recommendations. Based on the latest information and out of an abundance of caution and concern for our staff and the communities we serve, we have made the decision to postpone Core Competencies. We will reschedule this event when the CDC and public health authorities determine that the risk to public health from the coronavirus has passed.

Are you ready to take and pass the HUD Housing Counseling Certification Examination? Our four-day course will prepare you for the exam by covering all six (6) Core Topics that housing counselors need to know to be competent:

3. Homeownership 

4. Tenancy 

5. Fair Housing and Civil Rights 

6. Avoiding Foreclosure and Eviction.
