This course is a two-part webinar series designed to familiarize operators with tools that can help them not only stay in compliance, but to manage their systems and plan for the future.  In Part 1, attendees will be given an overview of the IDEQ switchboard and many of the resources that can be utilized for free. In Part 2, the focus will be on emergency-preparedness, creating sampling plans, and preparing for a sanitary survey.
