New Mexico Septic System Operation and Maintenance-Environmental Health Professionals and Private Well Owners

Part 1: 2 New Mexico Wastewater Contact Hours awarded.

Part 2: 2 National Environmental Health Association Hours awarded.

This course is now offered as an online training and is recommended to take both parts on the same day.  Part 1, Septic System Operation and Maintenance will take place from 10:00am to 12:00pm and Part 2, Environmental Health Professionals and Private Well Owners will take place from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.  

Part 1: 10AM-12PM: Septic System Operation and Maintenance

This webinar will educate owners on proper operation and maintenance of septic systems, common troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and solutions. We will also discuss the benefits of establishing long term solutions such as On-Site Wastewater Management Programs. (Qualifies for 2 New Mexico WW Contact Hours)

Part 2: 1PM-3PM: Environmental Health Professionals and Private Well Owners

Do you want to improve your knowledge of private well systems or water treatment available for homeowners? This course is ideal for Environmental Health Professionals, who want a better understanding of well systems, how to perform a well assessment and better understanding of source water protection for private well owners. (Qualifies for 2 NEHA Contact Hours)
