Compliance

Housing counselors play a vital role in ensuring their agency is compliant with HUD rules and regulations (CRF24 Part 214 and the 7610.1 Rev. 5 Handbook). This course provides an overview of HUD requirements and how housing counselors can easily achieve mastery through best practices. Come explore how to ensure that your client files and the data that you enter into your client management system meet compliance standards. 

Scholarships are available for the first 75 registrants. You must work for a HUD approved counseling agency to receive a scholarship. The scholarship code is HCOE.

Registration:

• If you are employed by a for-profit agency, there is a $50.00 per person fee to attend the webinar series.

• Registration is invalid if this fee is not paid at time of registration.

• You must register in advance and have a valid email address to register and receive the course link and materials.

• Certificates will only be issued to paid or scholarship registrants after post event test is completed.
