The Hawaii Emergency Response Planning and Cyber Security will be held on the following date and time:

June 17 | 8:00AM-10:00AM 

Description:

This session will provide an overview of the emergency response planning
requirements for utility operators, including a presentation on cyber security
issues related to small utilities. A tabletop exercise will be run in breakout
groups for operators to simulate their response to an extreme weather
event/power outage that affects their operations.

Emergency Response Planning Tools and Strategies

·        Overview of the ERP process for operators

·        Summary of state and federal requirements and associated planning resources

Cyber Security Threats and Actions to Protect Your Utility

·        Summary of cyber threats that could impact a utility

·        Actions small utilities can take to minimize the threat

Tabletop Exercise on an Extreme Weather Event

·        Breakout groups will be presented a series of information injects and will discuss how they would respond based on the information they are give.
