As of August 4, 2021, Navigating COVID Relief for Rate Payers will be offered as 2 separate stand-alone sessions on August 26th and will no longer be considered a 2-part training. You may attend one session to receive a total of 2 CA DW Contact Hours.

Description:

Declining revenue and the CA shutoff moratorium are impacting water systems, the good news is that there is assistance available. State funding to support COVID-19 related customer arrearages and revenue declines are available through new programs that can assist both water systems and rate payers. This training will include the latest information about application and program requirements.

·        The recordkeeping and programs needed to apply

·        How RCAC can assist your system

Registration:

Are you attending this training as a group and not watching from your own computer? If so, your group leader will need to inform RCAC (registration@rcac.org) about attendees who will view sessions as a group prior to session start. You do not need to participate from your own computer/device, but will need to complete an evaluation to receive credit and contact hours. Please note that sign-in sheets NO LONGER validate attendance at online workshops.
