These steps are in a specific order to optimize the home buying experience and help the consumer make the most educated decisions when it comes to their specific financial situation and home choice. By understanding the process, it can help a consumer decide if purchasing a home is the best choice for them and their family.

Each session will help counselors guide clients on what to expect on their road to homeownership.
