Description: 

This standalone course will teach counselors about their clients’ rights and responsibilities under the HUD Lead-Based Paint Disclosure Rule. Topics will cover testing; remediation; possible health hazards; seller and landlord responsibilities under the HUD assisted requirements of 24 CFR part 35, subparts B, K and R; and following the EPA directives.

Scholarship & Fees: 

If you are employed by a non-HUD approved agency or a for-profit agency, there is a $50.00 per person fee to attend the webinar series.
