After finishing this webinar, you will:

·   Be able to identify basic compliance requirements

·   Complete a short 9902 reporting exercise

·   Be able to complete sample checklists

·   Identify the five counseling steps and what is involved

·   Provide one example of how to list a client on the 9902

·   Be able to use the sample documents in the toolkit
