Description:

The Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) requires that a Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) be delivered annually by each community water system. The CCR is a report that provides the customer information about the quality of their local drinking water. This course will guide you through the requirements of the CCR & will provide you with the tools & resources you need to meet the requirements of the SDWA.

Participants will learn:

• Where to find & download the CCR templates & other tools for completing your CCR
• Required language in the CCR
• Important dates & deadlines
• Distribution methods

Target audience: Water system operators, & managers.

This training will be hosted online on GoToTraining.

Scholarship & Fees:

Consumer Confidence Reporting is a free training.

Registration:

In order to receive contact hours for online workshops, each person must be registered with their own email address & complete an online survey at the end of the training.

Are you attending as a group, but not watching from your own computer?

Attendees do not need to participate from their own computer/device for the online trainings, but will need to complete an evaluation to receive credit. Your group leader will need to inform RCAC (registration@rcac.org) about attendees who will view sessions as a group prior to session start. Please note that sign-in sheets NO LONGER validate attendance at online workshops.
