Description:

Public water systems are required to test for a multitude of constituents, both in their water sources and in the distribution system. Come find out how to develop your monitoring schedule, sample for each contaminant type, and manage your lab results. This training will help you to comply with the requirements of the Domestic Water Quality and Monitoring Regulations (California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 4, Chapter 15).


Participants will learn:

·        How to navigate the many resources to determine your monitoring requirements

·        Sampling requirements for the different contaminant types

·        Recordkeeping and reporting requirements of water quality analyses 

 

Regulations Basic Series: The recommended audience includes operators, managers & board members.
