This training session will provide water system operators with knowledge of Asset Management & Operations & Maintenance.
Participants will learn:
• How to sustainably manage their water utility to ensure financial stability while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Topics:
• Developing budgets
• Building your reserves
• Internal controls
• Rate setting basics
• Operation & Maintenance planning
This information will teach tribal operators to maintain compliance with safe drinking water regulations, & provide safer water to communities.

This training will be hosted online on GoToTraining.
