Description:
This learning event is intended to introduce the basic concepts of running a small water system efficiently and effectively. This class is a great fit for those new to water operations or for those looking to brush up on their knowledge of small system operations and maintenance.
Participants will learn:
· Components of small systems
· System maintenance
· Managing contract operators/Back-up operators
· Regulations
· The importance of asset management
· System mapping
Target audience: Operators, potential operators, managers, and board members.
