·        Develop level of service standard for their system

·        Identify their system components and apply criticality ratings

·        Calculate life cycle costs of their assets

·        Develop a financial strategy for their asset management plan

·        Create, update, and maintain their asset management plan

Target audience: operators, managers, financial managers, board members.
