Description:

Are you or someone you work with getting ready to take the HUD Certification Housing Counseling Exam? If so, then this training is for you. In September, RCAC has started the "HUD Exam Prep & Success Series" (formerly "Core Competencies for HUD Housing Counseling Exam"). This series is designed to help you prepare for and successfully complete the HUD Housing Counseling Exam.

 

Through this training, you will gain valuable knowledge and skills that you can use as a HUD Certified Housing Counselor. This training will cover the six areas of core competency including financial management, housing affordability, homeownership, avoiding foreclosure, tenancy, and fair housing.

·   Avoiding foreclosure

·   Tenancy

·   Fair housing

 

Each session includes resources, exercises, and Questions and Answers to ensure you have a thorough understanding of the material and for the instructor to clarify any confusion that you may have.

Scholarship & Fees:
There is a $200.00 dollar fee to attend the training.

 

Scholarships are not available at this time.

 

RCAC does not issue refunds for any tuition paid to attend the HUD trainings. Tuition fees are non-refundable, though refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing by the Housing Counseling Program Manager.
