The Central California NAWMA Quater 2 training will be held on the following date and time:

April 24 | 9:00AM-3:00PM

 

This training is being held in Pacific Time.

Description:

The purpose of these meetings is to provide a forum to discuss evolving drinking water and wastewater technologies, regulations, and issues facing Tribal water as well as Tribal environmental departments.

 

The meetings also support local Tribal water operators by providing contact hours needed to maintain drinking water certification. These meetings allow for networking with local operators and environmental staff.

 

Central California NAWMA sessions will be planned for throughout the year and coordinated by local RCAC technical assistance providers.

• Welcome and Introduction to Central California NAWMA

• Group networking discussion

• Summer-compliance check up

• Current topics of interest

• Water quality changes through the infrastructure of the distribution system

• Different water quality parameters and challenges

• Basic distribution and treatment topics

• New technologies

• Future meeting planning topics

• Closing questions
