The Tribal Op-Cert Workshop training will be held on the following date and time:

March 19 8:00AM-1:30PM 

This training is being held in Pacific Time.


Description:

This training is being offered to the Tribal water operators and tribal Sierra and Nevada region. The purpose of this training is to provide a forum for discussing topics that are relevant to the day to day operations of drinking water systems, as well as evolving drinking water technologies, regulations, and issues facing Tribal water as well as Tribal environmental departments. The training will support local Tribal water operators by providing contact hours needed to maintain drinking water certification and a foundational knowledge base for studying and taking the test required to obtain a water operator license. 


Operator certification test preparation topics covered:

·        Water chemistry

·        Disinfection 

 

Location:

This training will be hosted online on GoToTraining.

 

Scholarship & Fees:

Tribal Op-Cert Wokshop is a free training to attend.

 

Registration:

To receive contact hours for online workshops, each person must be registered with their own email address. An evaluation at the end of the training is also required.

 

Are you attending as a group, but not watching from your own computer?

Attendees do not need to participate from their own computer/device for the online trainings. Each attendee will be required to register and complete an evaluation to verify their participation. Prior to session start, a Group Leader will need to inform RCAC (registration@rcac.org) which attendees will view the sessions together. Following the training an evaluation is sent to the Group Lead who will be responsible for sharing it with each attendee in the group.
