February 27 9:00AM-12:00PM

This training is being held in Pacific Time.

Description:

When you submit your projections to HUD or are a sub-grantee and project your program projections, do you struggle with over or under estimating your agency's capacity?

This course will help you analyze the available data and incorporate market trends and conditions to establish your agency's projectionss accurately.

Participants will gain an understanding of employee capacity, with allowances for employee sick and vacation time, as well as analyze data from previous years, matching to market and economic conditions, and based on current trends and conditions, accurately project production needs.

We will start by determining maximum capacity based on the number of employees and their assigned tasks and required training. Then we will look at past years' projections matching those years' economic factors. We will also look at the local factors that could affect different housing counseling programs.

Finally, with all the data available, we will discuss realistic projections based on the data and known variables, with some allowances for the unknown variables.
