Description:

Please join RCAC for a virtual Lunch and Learn as we discuss engineering requirements as part of USDA Rural Development's Water and Waste Disposal Loan/Grant program. We will hear from USDA’s State Engineer on important updates and details on the Preliminary Engineering Report, Design and Bidding Phase, and Construction to Final Completion State. Finally, we will overview requirements for implementing Build America Buy America (BABA) Act and have a chance to ask questions.

 

We hope all consultants in the state that may work with USDA RD will attend to get this valuable refresher information along with important program updates! .
