Description:
Managing infrastructure costs is a critical challenge for small water systems. This free training introduces practical techniques for asset management that help operators, board members, and managers make informed financial decisions.
Participants will learn:
· How to categorize assets
· Estimate lifecycle costs
· How to apply rate design strategies that promote long-term sustainability
The session also explores funding mechanisms available to rural systems, including grants, loans, and reserve planning.
This training is ideal for anyone involved in the financial oversight or strategic planning of small water systems.

Affordable Asset Management is a free training to attend.
Registration:
To receive contact hours for online workshops, each person must be registered with their own email address. An evaluation at the end of the training is also required.
