Description:

This free, online training is tailored for drinking water and wastewater system operators and managers who play a key role in guiding the future of their systems. Participants will learn how to assess system needs, plan for infrastructure improvements, and integrate asset management into long-term financial and operational planning. Emphasis will be placed on developing clear project scopes, understanding funding requirements, and positioning your system for sustainable success. Whether you're tackling aging infrastructure, regulatory challenges, or limited budgets, this training will help you build a strong foundation for securing and managing funding that supports your community now and into the future.
