This free, online training is tailored for drinking water and wastewater system operators and managers who play a key role in guiding the future of their systems. Participants will learn how to assess system needs, plan for infrastructure improvements, and integrate asset management into long-term financial and operational planning. Emphasis will be placed on developing clear project scopes, understanding funding requirements, and positioning your system for sustainable success.
