As a small utility, our job is to ensure that the water system provides residents and businesses with an adequate supply of safe drinking water delivered at a price that not only covers all of the costs of providing the service but also allows the system to prepare and plan for providing that service for many years to come. This training will introduce participants to the principles and practices of Cost-of-Service Analysis (COSA), a critical tool for setting fair, transparent and financially sustainable rates.

Registration:

To receive contact hours for online workshops, each person must be registered with their own email address. An evaluation at the end of the training is also required.
