This training is designed to prepare small water and wastewater systems in successfully navigating the DEQ and USDA funding processes, ensuring they are well equipped to meet the requirements and expectations of funding agencies. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of DEQ and USDA funding requirements, creating an asset management plan, conducting rate studies, and building financial sustainability for long term success.
