Participants will gain a clear understanding of the history, scope, and compliance obligations under these federal mandates, along with step-by-step guidance on documentation, sourcing, and waiver processes. The training highlights best practices for managing compliance responsibilities, minimizing risks to project funding, and ensuring adherence to federal labor standards. Special emphasis will be placed on reviewing wage determinations and other key federal wage law requirements to support fully compliant projects.
