One of your customers has called in a potential leak in your distribution system. Does your operations plan cover the steps to get your leak fixed safely and quickly? In this workshop we’ll cover some of the basics to keep your system operational and protect the water supply.

Participants will learn:

·        How to identify leaks

·        Assessing local resources and available tools

·        Customer notification procedures

·        Various repair methods and techniques

·        Flushing methods

·        Sampling and reporting requirements

 

System Operations Series: The recommended audience includes board members, managers and operators.

This training will be hosted online on GoToTraining.

 

Scholarship & Fees:

Water System Lake Repair is a free training to attend.

 

Registration:

To receive contact hours for online trainings, each person must be registered with their own email address. An evaluation at the end of the training is also required.

 

Are you attending as a group online, but not watching from your own computer?

If you'll be joining the online training as part of a group (watching from the same computer), each group member must still be individually registered and complete the Group Attendance Form before the training begins. This ensures everyone receives proper credit.
