Description:
Whether you're working with binders full of outdated documents or starting fresh, this six-hour, in-person, interactive training is designed to help you build, review, and revamp the four essential operational manuals for your drinking water system. We’ll walk through the required elements of each manual—Operations and Maintenance, Emergency Response Plan, Cross Connection Control Plan, and Water Conservation Plan—based on current guidance from the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) and the Nevada Division of Water Resources (NDWR).
Bring your existing documents (or drafts!) and join us for a collaborative session where we’ll brainstorm real-world updates, fill in the gaps, and help you create user-friendly, actionable manuals that reflect your system’s needs. Perfect for operators, board members, and staff, this hands-on workshop will leave you with practical tools, clearer direction, and a head start on your next updates.
