Description:
During this free 3-hour online training, participants will learn how to evaluate their utility’s financial health to determine whether current revenues are sufficient to cover operating expenses and desired reserve levels. The course focuses on using a financial health tool to identify funding shortfalls, evaluate financial risks, and explore how rates may need to change to support long-term sustainability. Participants will also learn strategies for clearly communicating financial conditions and rate needs to decision-makers and customers. Participants will leave with practical tools to support rate decisions.
