Description:
Water Operators are tasked with the very important responsibility of overseeing a water system and ensuring that safe potable drinking water is provided to the consumers. The water operator’s knowledge and experience in the water distribution processes, such as disinfection, installing new services, repairing breaks and chlorine residual testing plays a vital part in effectively identifying the best practices in eliminating pathogens in the drinking water.
The focus of this training is to develop the next generation tribal water operators preparing them to take the distribution level 1 certification test.
