Description:
This training will teach the essential elements of a drinking water Consumer Confidence Report.
Participants will gain a clear understand of:
· The required content
· Data sources
· Public communication expectations for annual Consumer confidence Report and water quality reports
Participants will also learn how to:
· Accurately compile results
· Present the results clearly to customers
· Meet regulatory deadlines

This training will be hosted online on GoToTraining.
Scholarship & Fees:
Consumer Confidence Reporting training is free to attend.
Registration:
To receive contact hours for online training, each person must be registered with their own email address. An evaluation at the end of the training is also required.
Are you attending as a group online, but not watching from your own computer?
If you'll be joining the online training as part of a group (watching from the same computer), each group member must still be individually registered and complete the Group Attendance Form before the training begins. This ensures everyone receives proper credit.
