Core Competencies for HUD Certification Webinar Series 080320-10

 Are you ready to take and pass the HUD Housing Counseling Certification Examination? Our Six-day course will prepare you for the exam by covering all six (6) Core Topics that housing counselors need to be competent:
1. Financial Management
2. Property Maintenance
3. Homeownership and Tenancy
4. Fair Housing and other Civil Rights Laws and Requirements
5. Housing Affordability
6. Avoidance of rental and mortgage delinquency and avoidance of eviction and mortgage default.

Scholarships available to the first 75 registrants. You must be employed by a HUD approved counseling agency to receive a scholarship. 

Series Dates: 8/3, 8/6, 8/7, 8/24, 8/26, 8/28.
