Learn how to use your computer onscreen calculator and how to calculate different types of income. Understand housing ratios and how they factor into mortgage and rental affordability. Review dates, protected classes, exceptions, complaint process, and gain confidence in your ability to apply fair housing regulations to questions on the HUD exam.  

Scholarships available to the first 75 registrants. You must be employed by a HUD approved counseling agency to receive a scholarship.
