Foreclosure Prevention:  Preparing for the future

Do you need to brush up on your foreclosure prevention counseling skills?  Are you new to counseling and have never done loan modifications and need to learn about the process?  The Foreclosure Prevention: Prepare for the future course is designed to meet these needs.  The two-session course will go through the federal guidelines you will need to be ready for the potential impending wave of foreclosures resulting from the pandemic.
