This two-webinar series is designed to provide counselors the tools and knowledge required to assist high-risk seniors facing the loss of their home due to a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM). This course is for HECM counselors as well as counselors with limited to no knowledge of HECM loans, who receive calls from widows, children and homeowners facing the loss of their HECM mortgaged homes.
Tuition covers both sessions. Each webinar is two hours (10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Pacific Time)
Scholarships are available for all non-profit and quasi-governmental agencies. Please use the code HCDE at the time of registration.
