Student loan debt payments are a major issue which COVID19 has made even more complicated. Participants will learn what options are available to reduce or defer payments. Counselors will learn ways to provide assistance to families before they take on student loan debt through informed decisions. The differences between private and government student loans will be addressed and the key steps in working with servicers.
Tuition covers both sessions. Each webinar is two hours (10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Pacific Time).
Dates: November 4, 2020 and November 6, 2020.
Scholarships are available for all non-profit and quasi-governmental agencies. Please use the code HCDE at the time of registration.
