Core Competencies for HUD Certification Series
Are you ready to take and pass the HUD Housing Counseling Certification Examination? Our seven-webinar course will prepare you for the exam by covering all seven (7) Core Topics that housing counselors need to know to be competent:
May 3: Financial Management
May 5: Housing Affordability
May 7: Fair Housing
May 10: Homeownership (including property maintenance)
May 12: Avoiding Foreclosure and Eviction
May 14: Tenancy (Rental)
May 17: Math and Fair Housing
Scholarships are available for the first 75 registrants. You must work for a HUD approved counseling agency to receive a scholarship. The scholarship code is HCOE.
Registration:
• The registration link below registers you for all seven (7) workshops as part of this series.
• If you are employed by a for-profit agency, there is a $50.00 per person fee to attend the webinar series.
• Registration is invalid if this fee is not paid at time of registration.
• You must register in advance and have a valid email address to register and receive the course link and materials.
• Certificates will only be issued to paid or scholarship registrants.
