Foreclosure Basics 2-Part Series

The Foreclosure Basics 2-Part series training will be held on the following dates and times:

December 7 | 10:00AM-12:00PM 

December 9 | 10:00AM-12:00PM

This training is being held in Pacific Time.

 

Description:

Did you miss the last foreclosure crisis? Are you ready for the next potential foreclosure crisis due to COVID-19? Our two-part training will review foreclosure basics including triage and working with clients to try and obtain a work-out or loan modification and avoid foreclosure. The second session will review specific government COVID-19 work-out options for government backed and private loans as we face a potential upcoming mortgage default wave.

Scholarship and Fees:

Scholarships are available for the first 75 registrants. You must work for a HUD approved counseling agency to receive a scholarship. The scholarship code is HCOE.
