Description:
This course teaches counselors how to work with a reverse mortgage client who is in default. A review of homeowner obligations will lead to a discussion of options to avoid foreclosure & identification of potential funding sources.
The course will also include the role of the housing counselor & how to conduct outreach as well as plan for disasters. Case studies & exercises will be used in the course, and an interactive workbook will be developed for the webinar.

Scholarship & Fees:
There is a $50.00 dollar fee to attend the training.
RCAC does not issue refunds for any tuition paid to attend the HUD trainings. Tuition fees are "Non-Refundable."
